Availability

Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Minimum stay 2 nights (longer in some seasons). Pick your check-in, then your check-out.

House rules

No parties or events. Quiet hours 10pm–8am (city ordinance). No smoking indoors or on balconies. Maximum occupancy as listed; the city counts. Rinse sand at the boardwalk shower before coming up.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel 5+ days before check-in: 100% refund of refundable charges.
• Cancel 1+ days before check-in: 50% refund of refundable charges.

A refundable damage deposit of $400.00 is collected at booking and returned after checkout.
